The Five "W"s and an "H"

The day after surgery.

The day after surgery.

Who?
Forty-one year-old retired web editor. (I say “retired” because I cashed out my 403b after my pitiful severance ran out. It reads better than “unemployed”.) It’s not who I am though. I am a rusty musician. I am good at words but bad at numbers. I’m a list-maker. I’m a procrastinator. I’m a camper. I’m a maker of good paella and even better chili.

What?
This is the first in a series of weblogs that are simply exercises for my web design and writing skills. And drinking drink-making skills.

Where?
The glorious Fairfax District, Los Angeles, California.

When?
Not every day, so you can get that out of your head right now. The plan is 100 drinks in 100 days. You may get more than one drink in any given post, in which I’ll need a day off to recover.

Why?
To celebrate the perfect [sic] marriage of professional despair and creative ambition.

How?
Theoretically: caffeine and egomania.
Supplementally: BevMo, Sur La Table, and Wally’s Wine & Spirits.
Technically: Go Daddy, WordPress, and Atahualpa by BytesForAll.
